Although your hair care routine does not have to change drastically if you are an avid swimmer there are subtle changes that you can make to ensure that your summer fun wont leave you singing the autumn blues. I am wearing a Floral Chiffon Kimono style bathing suit. Washing the chlorine out immediately following your swim can help clarify and cleanse your hair to preserve the color. I havent made the plan with my PT yet but I want to start swimming for at least 3 times a week. For more info I have very thick wavy hair thats currently at shoulder length trying to grow it out.
